One of the most famous Victorian cemeteries in North America

Founded in 1849, with more than 160,000 residents inside its 269 acres, Forest Lawn is one of America’s premier historic cemeteries. It is home to a U.S. President, 47 Buffalo mayors, and many of the other great citizens who shaped the historic landscape of Western New York during the past century and a half. We invite you to read more about our history,  plan a visit, or order one of our exclusive publications.
