Sunday In The Cemetery Chapel Concert & Lecture Series

December 11th, 2011 2 PM

Back by popular demand: It Was A Wonderful Life!

SOLD OUT!

Join us in our festively-decorated chapel as some of our permanent residents give you a glimpse into Christmas during their lives. Hear from Mary Talbert, a persuasive speaker about civil rights; Sara Hinson, who was instrumental in starting Flag Day; George Norman Pierce, manufacturer of the famous Pierce Arrow automobiles; Dorothy Goetz Berlin, first wife of famed composer, Irving Berlin (who wrote the lyrics to White Christmas) and William Hengerer, Civil War soldier and founder of one of Buffalo's oldest retail establishments.

Musical entertainment will be provided by the Festival Chorus, under the direction of Heather Lovelace.

Seating is limited; reservations are required. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased by calling the Forest Lawn office at 716.885.1600.
