Please include as much information as possible for the Burial location, such as Cemetery (Forest Lawn, Lakeside, Williamsville, St. Matthew's), Mausoleum (Oakwood, Birchwood, Rosewood, Rosewood Atrium, Chapel or Lakeside Mausoleum), and Location (Row, Tier, Alcove, Section, Lot, Space). Please note that the arrangements on this page are not permitted in Serenity Mausoleum at Forest Lawn. Thank you.
